Child Education | Educare Programme | Salient Features

The Child Education :

The SFORD Movement is based on family concept; it is therefore, any child accepted in SFORD Academy will automatically become a member of the family. This status granted to a child will increase the responsibility of the teachers and of the managing team manifold. And the same will help in changing the feeling of the child favourably towards the Academy where he/she is accepted for grooming through "education with care system" i.e. Educare.

It is hoped that the mission of establishing this integrated educational institution will certainly change the statement commonly uttered by the parents that "MAAN JA, NAHIN TO SCHOOL BHEJ DENGE" (as if school is a place where a child is sent to suffer punishment). But our confidence is that after a short spell of stay with us at SFORD Academy, the child will certainly utter this statement often before the parents "DEKHO, MEIN SCHOOL CHALA JAONGA" (because school would be offering a much acceptable environment and treatment, at par or better than what a child might get in the family).

The Educare Programme :

The SFORD Academy is essentially a 'Co-educational Residential English Medium School'. The Academy has taken a decision that students of the IV standard and onwards should avail hostel facility. This decision has been taken in the light of the objectives we have set for this Academy. We are supposed to groom the overall personality of every student who joins this Academy. This kind of responsibility can be discharged successfully only if the student prefers to stay with us for a fairly long time.

The promotion of a student from one class to another at the SFORD Academy is not linked with time; it is linked with the learning evaluated by the concerned teachers. If one is found to be able to learn the next higher level, he/she will be promoted to the next class even in the mid-session and separate arrangements shall be made for them specifically.

Happy Days :

Happy days will be celebrated by the students, teachers, staff and others (parents, friends etc.) collectively by engaging themselves in various creative and pleasurable activities including outing, picnic etc. etc. This will give enough opportunity to the teachers and managing people to understand the students' personality fully. This effort will also help in identifying the strong areas of each student.

Our Request : Your Contribution
(Click to download more information.)

The SFORD management has taken a decision to admit all the students free of cost to give full opportunity to all the willing students. The Academy will not charge any fee from any student. Fee should not become a limiting factor while taking a decision.
The parents of each student will be free to contribute from Rupee One to any amount towards 'Cow Care Fund' or 'Educational Assistance Fund'. The Academy has taken this decision to save their self-respect and pride.
