The Philosophy :

The efforts of human resource attached to this multi-faceted integrated 'SFORD Movement' are guided by the following philosophy :

" GENTLE WISH "

O Giver! Give me courage the enough; So, weaken not the Mental Faith
We tread on the way pious; Commit we not, any wrong, even in carelessness. A/kqzoA

Clouds of ignorance be dispelled, Please! you grant me the light of realisation.
Saved are we from every evil; Whatever be the life be it humane.
Should there be no enmity; from one another,
Mind be free from thought of any revenge.

Think we not ! what are we given with;
Think should we; what sacrifices have we made ?
Share we, with everybody; the flowers of happiness
May the life of everyone; becomes a sweet garden,
Let the sap of your compassion, be flowed freely,
And make each one's Mind sacred simply.

The Commitment :
The SFORD consists of a team of dreamers committed to put in sincere efforts to foster holistic development with ration in an organised way step-by-step focusing locally yet consistent globally.

The Support :

The SFORD Movement is coming up in a rural area (A family of philanthropists has offered the use of their barren agricultural land measuring 136 bighas; approximately 21 hectares for the "SFORD Campus") of Village Peshawas (Tehsil Luni) near Jodhpur City (Rajasthan) to function as a growth center having backward and forward linkages to result in an overall development of the place and the people covering various aspects of life and living. And is sure to become a source of contributing in number of ways to the rest of the world.

The Opportunity :
The SFORD Movement offers numerous of opportunities for anybody and everybody to find a place and purposive meaningful engagement of his or her own choice. It is therefore we call it a family where like-minded people can contribute as best as and as much as they are capable of and to get assured care and concern.

The modus operandi :

The organizational modus operandi is creating various units under the 'SFORD-Canopy' following the model named ''Connected Yet Independent'' (CYI-Model) to offer operating freedom within a broad frame to grow and serve the cause optimally. Each and every 'Unit Head' with his team will be free to chalk-out from 'A' to 'Z'; so far as his unit is concerned yet each unit will care for one another to foster holistic development with ration - the final destination for which the SFORD has commenced its march.

The Holistic Approach :
The existence in general and the life and living in particular is an organic-whole. Each and everything is related to everything else in every possible way therefore any approach which ignores this fact and deals in a piecemeal way treating each-one a unitary object is hardly able to serve the cause troublefree.

The Perception :
We at SFORD believe in the theory of "neither too big nor too small". It is, therefore, we have plans to have following manageable units based on CYI-Model to serve the various needs and elements of life and living: from conception to cradle; from cradle to career; from career to a carefree meaningful living and from carefree meaningful living to a satisfying leaving.
