Teachers Education :

After parents,
the responsibility of educating a child comes on to the teachers' shoulders.
To impart effective learning to the students much depend on the attitude and
aptitude of the teachers, teaching them. Apart from the formal education and
teaching training, the teachers of our Academy will be involved in the
'Continual Learning Programme'. The Continual Learning Programme is as
follows:

Sharing
experiences collectively on regular basis. |

Organizing
self-introspection camps to identify the problem areas or to offer
Novel Ideas to improve or expand the existing system. |

Getting
individual feedback of the teachers by the management on regular basis
about the students, staff, system, curricula, pedagogy, (method of
teaching), time-table and evaluation system etc. etc. |

Attending
short-term 'Workshops' organised for understanding the problems
identified. |

The SFORD Academy will also manage, spread and co-operate in the educational
programmes initiated by the national and international agencies.
